We hope your experience with us is always a pleasant one, and that you are happy with the items and service you receive.
However, sometimes things don't go as well as one would like and that items may not be compatible with your requirements.
  • We accept returns in the event that you purchase an item that whilst being as described in the associated description, may not suit your needs.
In this case, we require notice within 14 days of you receiving the item.  We deem that receipt of the items as 3 days after the shipment date in the case of first class post, and 5 days in the case of second class post. If a tracked service is used then the actual date of receipt as reported by the shipping provider shall prevail. 
The buyer is responsible for all return costs via method using tracking service. Upon receipt at our address and acceptance that the item is as supplied a refund shall be issued with a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price subtracted from the amount refunded.
  • We accept returns in the invent that the item is not as described or damaged in transit.

We may ask you to provide photographic evidence to support the case of items damaged in transit and to cooperate in the event of any investigation performed by the shipping company. We may ask you to return the item and all packaging that was used in the original shipment. Upon return of the items to our address and acceptance of the fact, we will issue a full refund to include verifiable out of pocket costs associated with the items return.
